Photo & Design Center
There is a resource on campus that can help you with your photography and design work–the Photo and Design Center in the School of Mechanical and Materials Engineering. The center is co-located with the Large Format Print Center in ETRL 203. The center can facilitate design jobs and photography on a by–project basis. Michelle White, graphic designer/photographer, is available for consultation Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to noon and from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm. For job estimates, please call or email. Services are available to the entire WSU community, including branch campuses.
Photography
Graphic designer/photographer Michelle White shoots with a Nikon D300, a 12 mega pixel professional camera. The center’s studio is equipped with portable lighting kits and various backdrops.
Photography services include:

  • Professors working with students in the lab or classrooms

Please make an appointment in advance to avoid scheduling conficts. The photographer is available outside of her scheduled work hours and on weekends.

What is a QR Code?
QR means “quick response” – it’s a 2D matrix image that stores data and does not need the internet.
How are QR codes used?
  • Smartphone users can download free software to read QR Codes
  • Scan Code with camera phone to activate Code
  • The QR Code directs the user's browser to a URL with additional information. Or the phone directly displays the information stored in the QR Code.
